Click and Collect

We have two locations from which you can collect your order. You can see where our shops are located by using our Our Shops page

How do I organise a Click and Collect order?

During checkout you will be able to choose click and collect and, where applicable, the shop from which you would like to collect.

Due to the nature of Christmas orders, certain products, including Christmas Turkeys, Geese and Chickens are only available to Click and Collect from our Mumbles shop.

You will be asked for the collection date during checkout and the delivery address of your order will automatically be set to the shop from which you wish to collect.

Click and Collect orders do not have a delivery charge.

Proof of ID on Collection

Please make sure you bring your order number and valid ID when you collect your order. Valid ID is a passport, driving license or recent utility bill.

Dates and Restrictions

Restricted Delivery Collection

Some products are collection only. These include, Turkeys, Large Chickens and Geese. Where this applies it is indicated on the product pages and you will only be able to choose collection during checkout.

The earliest you will be able to collect these items is December 5th.

If your order contains restricted and non-restricted items then you will only be able to choose a date for collection that matches the restricted item.

Should you wish to, you can always place separate orders for the non-restricted items and choose a different collection date.

Collection Date

Please make sure you collect your order on the date you chose during checkout. Due to the nature of fresh produce, should you miss your collection date, your order will be disposed of and you will not be entitled to any refund against your order.

The last collection date before Christmas is December 23rd.
