We currently only offer a collection service from our Mumbles shop. You can see where our shop in Mumbles is located by using our Our Shops page
How do I organise a Click and Collect order?
During checkout you will be able to choose click and collect.
Click and collect is available from Wednesday to Saturday. The cut off time for next available day collection is 12pm.
You will be asked for your requested collection date during checkout and the delivery address of your order will automatically be set to the shop in Mumbles.
Click and Collect orders do not have a delivery charge.
Proof of ID on Collection
Please make sure you bring your order number and valid ID when you collect your order. Valid ID is a passport, driving license or recent utility bill.
Dates and Restrictions
Restricted Delivery Collection
Some products are collection only. These include, Turkeys, Large Chickens and Geese. Where this applies it will be shown on the product pages and you will only be able to choose collection during checkout.
If your order contains restricted and non-restricted items then you will only be able to choose a date for collection that matches the restricted item.
Should you wish to, you can always place separate orders for the non-restricted items and choose a different collection date.
Collection Date
Please make sure you collect your order on the date that you chose during checkout. Due to the nature of fresh produce, should you miss your collection date, your order will be disposed of and you will not be entitled to any refund against your order.
