Our beef short ribs are fast becoming a customer favourite.
Slow-roasted or braised they are tender and packed full of flavour.
We love these cooked for hours in the slow cooker with black pepper, garlic and onion powder, Worcestershire sauce and some salt and pepper. Once cooked, the juices can be used to make a wonderful gravy that will really complement the creamy, home-made mash that you've made.

You can now buy a taste of Gower, delivered to your door, anywhere in mainland UK. Unfortunately, we do not delivery to Northern Ireland at the moment and some locations in Scotland require a 2-day delivery service.
We deliver four days a week from Wednesday to Saturday, although there’s an additional charge for weekend delivery and Pre 12pm delivery.

Christmas 2024 Cut-Off Dates
The cut-off for National orders for delivery for Christmas 2024 is 12pm on 2 December 2021. Your delivery can then be made up to Friday 19 December 2024.
Our first National Delivery date of the New Year is Thursday 9 January 2025 and the latest time at which you can order for this is 12pm on Tuesday 4 January 2021.
Our Mumbles shop will be closed from Christmas Eve until Monday 30 December and then again 31 December until 3 January 2025.

For orders under £100 we charge £7.95
For orders over £100 we charge £4.95
For orders over £200 delivery is free

We have a minimum order value on National Delivery so that we can try to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible and use packaging that’s as environmentally friendly as it can be.

Restricted Delivery Items
Some products are collection only. These include, Turkeys, Large Chickens and Geese. Where this applies it is indiciated on the product pages and you will only be able to choose collection during checkout.
Environmentally Friendly & Sustainable
Our high performance insulated packaging is designed specifically for direct deliveries of chilled and frozen foods including meat boxes, fresh fish and seafood, cheeses and deli items, fresh fruit and veg, gourmet menus and ready meals.
Our packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
Once you've unpacked your order, the insulation liners or felted wool can be re-used for a variety of purposes.
