This breast of pheasant has been boned and rolled to make cooking very simple and easy to carve.
Two Pheasant breasts have been stuffed with a tasty Wild Boar and Apricot sausage meat which is not only delicious, but helps to keep the Pheasant moist when cooking.
A fantastically quick and easy roast, ideal for a midweek meal and tasty enough for a Sunday Roast or family get together. Serve with mash, and roasted roots vegetables with a rich pheasant gravy.
|Cooking Instructions||Roast in a preheated oven at 180°C, 160°C Fan, Gas Mark 4 for around 20 minutes until the juices run clear. Rest for 10 minutes before serving|

|Storage Instructions||The meat, in its delivered and sealed or packaged state, has a shelf life as shown above in Shelf Life when refrigerated. We recommend leaving the meat in its packaging until you want to use it and then bring it to room temperature before cooking.|
