GAMMON

We produce our own dry cured Gammon from locally sourced Gower pork. The pork is cured traditionally, with curing salts and seasonings, then left to air dry and mature.

We cut, tie and pack our gammons in house.

We also stock a range of brine cured Danish Gammons.
