A lamb burger with a difference! Our lamb bombs are made from seasoned lamb mince wrapped with streaky bacon topped with a Mediterranean marinade and finished with a garlic sauce that melts from the inside when cooked.
A perfect combination of Welsh lamb and Mediterranean flavours, these quickly became a customer favourite.
|Cooking Instructions||Presented in a foil oven tray simply oven bake at 180°C, 160°C Fan, Gas Mark 4 for approx 30 minutes.|
|Ingredients||Lamb Burger: Rusk (Wheat Flour Salt) Wheat Flour, Salt, Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Spices, Herbs, Preservative (E223), Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Antioxidant (E300), Flavouring, Garlic Powder.
Mediterranean Glaze: 80% Vegetable Oils (Rapeseed, Sunflower, Linseed), Salt, Herbs (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley, Dill, Lavender), Vegetables (Garlic, Tomato), Peppers, Flavourings, Colouring: Curcumin.

The meat, in its delivered and sealed or packaged state, has a shelf life as shown above in Shelf Life when refrigerated. We recommend leaving the meat in its packaging until you want to use it and then bring it to room temperature before cooking.

Our packaging has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
Once you've unpacked your order, the insulation liners or felted wool can be re-used for a variety of purposes.
