PORK

We use predominantly pedigree Welsh breed pigs to produce our pork, bacon and pork products.

Our pigs are reared slowly for flavour in a low intensive manner, unlike a lot of modern commercial pork.  The pigs we use are reared ethically on farms in the beautiful Gower countryside.
