We want to provide the very best service and produce that we possible can to you and guarantee the quality of all produce that we ship.
If you are unhappy with what you’ve received then please let us know as soon as possible using the “Contact Us” section on our website.
Complaints about the quality of our produce will be referred to our Head Butcher and they’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
Several types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, we also cannot accept the return of gift cards. We also do not accept products that are not in their original condition. If you do decide to return fresh produce to us then this will be done at your own expense.
If you aren’t happy with the goods ordered then we will either replace them or provide you with a voucher to use against a future order. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.
